Premium doesn’t get more data from Riot. Everyone sees the same games; Premium keeps more of them and gives you more ways to read them. Augment breakdowns only cover sets where Riot reports augments.
Nothing is deleted. You go back to Free at the end of the period you paid for: the last 30 days of history, last 20 or 50 games in stats, and ads. Resubscribe and everything is there again.
